Cookie Policy

Next-Locale — a first-party cookie holding a language code, so a page served in Portuguese stays in Portuguese on the next click. No identifier, no profile, nothing shared with anyone. Strictly necessary, which under the LGPD and the ePrivacy Directive is the category that does not require consent.

That is the list. There is no second entry.

A banner exists to collect consent, and consent is only needed for processing that depends on it. Nothing here does. Analytics on this site is Vercel Web Analytics, which is cookieless — it writes nothing to your browser and gives you no identifier.

Tools that would need a banner were removed rather than wrapped in one. Google Analytics and PostHog are not loaded on this site and are structurally prevented from loading; the reasoning is written into the code at packages/analytics/marketing-provider.tsx so that turning them back on is a deliberate act, not a config change.

We would rather ask you for nothing than ask you to dismiss something.

Nothing, at present. No local storage, no session storage, no device fingerprint. Measured on a running build rather than assumed; the only entries that appear during development belong to the dev server's hot reload and never ship.

The one exception is transient and belongs to your browser rather than to us: standard HTTP caching of images, fonts and scripts, which every site relies on and which holds no personal data.

Every browser can block or delete cookies for a single site. Blocking Next-Locale costs you nothing except that the site will fall back to its default language on each visit.

Because nothing here is used for advertising, there is no opt-out to sign, no vendor list to review, and no preference centre to keep.

Adding a cookie that is not strictly necessary means asking first. In that case this page changes before the cookie is set, not after, and consent is collected before the script loads.
