Diagnose the gap. Structure the adoption.
Measure the return. Govern the risk.
Find out where you actually stand. Two weeks to a scored assessment — the deliverables are yours either way.
Ten working days. Three phases.
One number your board can act on.
- Days 01–04
Diagnose
We map where AI is already in use, where it is blocked, and who owns the starting point.
- Kickoff with sponsor and operations lead
- Structured interviews across functions
- Tooling and data-access inventory
- Days 05–08
Score
Every finding is scored against the four gates — Assess, Pilot, Scale, Embed — and a measured baseline.
- Readiness score per gate
- Baseline for adoption and cycle time
- Policy gap register (what is read as prohibition)
- Days 09–10
Deliver
Executive read-out, then the documents are yours — whether or not we continue together.
- Executive read-out with the sponsor
- Scored report and sequence plan
- First-policy draft
Four promises,
in the order they matter.
Diagnose the gap
A named owner for the starting point, and a map of what is blocked by sequence rather than by technology.
Structure the adoption
The four gates applied to your context. Each one earns the next — no pilot is allowed to float.
Measure the return
A baseline taken before anything moves, so the second decision is made on evidence, not activity.
Govern the risk
A policy draft your legal team can review and sign. The default answer stops being “wait”.

We reply to every request.
We agree the start date with you once the request is in, and confirm who joins from your side.
You will hear back from a partner, not a sequence.

How long does the assessment take?
Two weeks: ten working days in three phases — Diagnose (days 01–04), Score (days 05–08) and Deliver (days 09–10).
What do we get at the end?
A scored report, a sequence plan and a first-policy draft, presented in an executive read-out. The deliverables are yours whether or not we continue together.
What are the four gates?
Assess, Pilot, Scale and Embed. Each one earns the next, so no pilot is allowed to float without the baseline that comes before it.
How do you measure the return?
Against a baseline taken before anything moves — adoption, hours recovered, cycle time and cost per outcome — so the second decision is made on evidence, not activity.
When can we start?
Send the request and we agree the start date with you. The assessment then runs for two weeks.
Who replies to my request?
A partner — not an automated sequence.
